Orders must be submitted AT LEAST 3 days before to your event. Rush orders are possible but will be subject to a Rush Fee.

Once your order is confirmed, one of our team members will reach out to begin the design process for your Snapchat filter. For all of our pricing tiers, we have a fairly standard process, which goes as follows:
1 - First Draft
With your filter design assigned to one of our team designers, we’ll send you a draft for your review and comments within 36-hours to 4 days, depending on which design plan you selected.
2 - Revisions and Feedback
Your designer will work with you to incorporate any feedback and revisions to get your Snapchat filter just right. Don’t be shy and please make sure to specify any changes or ask questions to your designer.
3 - Finalize and Submission
Once finalized, we’ll provide you with the finalized version for submission to Snapchat. Want us to do it? For an additional cost, we can provide the submission and confirmation, which is dependent on the duration and square footage covered.
